For a second time in Apple history, rumors and constant trashing are becoming a real pain in the ass for its investors, analysts are jumping everywhere with non-confirmed reports about poor iPhone and iPad sales something it’s hurting stock value and putting a black cloud over Tim Cooks management, but how could that happened so fast?
Apple is taking more than 70% of all sold smartphone, something that is making its rivals not happy enough, carriers with a robust Android lineup are still negotiating with Apple to introduce the iPhone to their clients, a sign that the iPhone is far from dead or becoming obsolete as analysts have been trying to paint it.
Apple has been a secretive company and will remain so, then why the noise about Apple changing suppliers, reducing or cutting displays from Sharp? The reality is none of these news is confirmed, it’s just noise, rumors and in some way market manipulation, there’s a real business in trashing Apple stock value, it can generates millions for investors when Apple announces its quarter earnings. Analysts are not stupid and they are in the business of making money and the easier and affordable way is to generate smoke around a chinese or japanese rumor and then cite it wasn’t correctly translated, when the stock has dropped a few BILLIONS, buy and earn a lot when the stock gains back what lost.
It’s clear that nobody outside Apple knows a shit about what Apple is doing and when it will launch anything, so reading all over the net that Apple is doomed from people that know that a trashing article about Apple will generate more traffic than Samsung launching 100 mobile phones in any given day.
It’s too soon to tell what’s happening with Apple, if something is happening, companies takes time to make transitions and Apple has shown that is not running over the tracks that the majority of companies do, Apple has its own agenda, it’s not Samsung or Sony and it’s not trying to be like them, so if you believe one everything you read about Apple this days, you are wasting your time and helping bloggers and news outlet generate a few million page views.
